TechKnowledge Inc. and the customer agree that the courses whose descriptions appear herein are purchased in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

After enrollment information is received, TYB will send a confirmation within 10 business days. This packet contains course confirmation and an invoice if payment is outstanding. Please forward the invoice as necessary for approval and payment.

For public courses, our policy is prepayment at least one week prior to the class. Payment may be made in the form of a check, major credit card or through a TYB prepaid credit program. If TYB accepts your company's purchase order, terms are net 30 days. Please make all checks payable to Techknowledge, 10420 Little Patuxent Parkway, Suite 500, Columbia, Maryland 21044.

A student confirmed for enrollment in a course may cancel or change the enrollment 10 or more business days before the scheduled start date of the course without penalty. Changes or cancellations received less than 10 business days before the class start date are subject to a 50% late change/cancellation fee. Changes or cancellations received less than 5 business days before the class start date are subject to a 100% late change/cancellation fee.

TYB undertakes to provide classroom education for all classes specified in this publication. However, TYB may cancel or reschedule any course by providing the customer with notification of cancellation at least 10 business days prior to the course start date. The customer may then enroll in the next available offering or cancel the enrollment. TYB shall not be liable for any failure to perform services due to any cause or condition beyond TYB's reasonable control.

On-site courses will be scheduled by mutual agreement between the customer and TYB. Specific payment and cancellation terms are outlined in the Education Services Agreement for on-site classes.

Computer Based Training is provided in accordance with the terms and conditions supplied with the material or provided at the time of registration.

No right is granted to reproduce, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, the education materials provided by TYB. Recording equipment is strictly prohibited.

At TYB, we guarantee your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with a course, please contact us within 30 days after the completion of the course, and we will reimburse you for the cost of the course or issue credit towards another course. TYB's liability is limited to the cost of the course tuition.
