Leading Edge members that open a Leading Edge Account for $25,000 may become Premier Members and benefit from our Training Delivery Guarantee.

Leading Edge Premier Members qualify for the Leading Edge Delivery Guarantee. Once a student has been confirmed in an Open Enrollment class, the following guarantee applies:

• If the course is cancelled or rescheduled, a credit equivalent to 25% of the list price of the course will be applied to the participating organization's Leading Edge account.
• The enrolled individual(s) will be rescheduled into the next available class.
• Once rescheduled, the class will not be cancelled or postponed again without the express agreement of the Leading Edge members affected.
• If classes are cancelled for reasons out of our control (e.g. travel emergency), the guarantee penalties will not apply, but the classes will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
